Welcome to the Leaside Business Park Association

The Leaside Business Park is an industrial park in the heart of Toronto, Canada's major manufacturing centre. It is located within easy access to both the Don Valley Parkway and Highway 401 and by public transit.

The Leaside Business Park Association (LBPA) was originally formed more than 50 years ago to address the mutual interests of the various industrial businesses within the park. In 1986 the association was formally incorporated as a not-for-profit corporation.

The LBPA is mandated "to promote the Leaside Business Park as a desirable location to conduct business, to create sustainable employment and to preserve the nature of the M1 and M2 zoning within the Leaside Business Park". The LBPA keeps its members up to date on all affairs that affect their use of the park. The LBPA also ensures that its members' concerns are presented to all levels of government or other appropriate parties, to ensure that any changes are not to the detriment of its members, and to ensure that the Park remains a key employment area within Toronto.

Keep updated on news and events that can affect your business and the actions that LBPA is taking.
